Jordan Betten and his wife Julia currently own The Betten Group. The Betten Group was founded in 2007 offering clients’ luxury real estate opportunities in the greater Los Angeles market, including niche luxury neighborhoods from Calabasas to Beverly Hills.
A decade later, they expanded to the Las Vegas Market, catering not only to luxury real estate transactions but a real estate investment group that buys, renovates, and resells homes. Jordan is also an agent at Simply Vegas.
Jordan began his career in 2006 selling luxury estates in the greater Los Angeles market. During the mortgage crisis of 2008/2009, Jordan saw a lucrative opportunity to acquire undervalued real estate assets with a primary focus on the greater Las Vegas Market. He has found a profitable niche to Buy, Value-Enhance, and Resell (BVR) residential properties and has made it his expertise.
Jordan attended Marymount University and holds real estate licenses in both California and Nevada.
Prior to his career in real estate, Jordan had gained notoriety with his women’s lingerie brand, T Santiago, which was based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Outside of his passion for real estate, design and investments, Jordan has served many charitable organizations including Mentor Matchmaker, The Jewish Agency for Israel, Project Ten of Ethiopia, Union Rescue Mission Homeless Shelter of Downtown LA, and Cedars-Sinai Hospital.
He is an avid golfer, mountain climber and has traveled to 30+ countries.
